Our regular adjustment fee is $45 for payment at time of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and VISA.

Our office policy states that you must pay all fees at the time of your visit, whether or not you have insurance coverage, unless we have had time to verify benefits and we are participators with your insurance. We are providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. We are out of network for all HMOs. If you have an insurance plan in which we participate, all you need to do is pay the co-payment at the time of your visit. Call us with your insurance information and we will verify benefits for you. We will bill your insurance for you, at no charge.
